Kill Switch’s demise should have been the finale to the saga. Instead, for his final curtain call, the TKV demon belted out one last number. The Darkling launched musical warfare on civilization. His malicious melody, the topsy-turvy, was broadcast, for all to see, in the atmosphere. He forced the masses to sing and dance along. Everyone, who obeyed him, were duped into breathing the noxious gasses from Medusa’s Gaze. As a result, humanity assumed a more ‘vegetative’ state.

The United World Federation (U3F) is now a cause without a country. With its primary target eliminated, the Chimeron busy themselves by ‘pruning’ a new threat. Furthermore, no one knows that Grimhelm survived the Battle of the Mariana Trench. But he is still very much alive.

Is the war against the Darklings really over?

Have the evil overlords really given up on their conquest of Earth?

Or are there other things lurking in the darkness?
